*Introduction*: Welcome to our Mobile Photography Studio! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Services. By accessing our Services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use our Services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.  2. *Services*: We offer mobile photography services, including but not limited to event photography, portrait photography, and photo booth services. We reserve the right to refuse service under conditions that violate our policies or the law.  3. *Bookings and Payments*: Bookings should be made in advance, and full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, which will be outlined at the time of booking.  4. *Cancellations and Refunds*: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.  5. *Copyright and Usage*: We retain copyright of all images produced. However, we grant you a license to use these images for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed. Any commercial use of the images requires written permission from us.  6. *Liability*: We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.  7. *Changes to the Terms*: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Terms and updating any changes here.  8. *Governing Law and Jurisdiction*: These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Clients Location], and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Clients Location] for the resolution of any disputes.
